Phone inadvertently lowers PC app volume

My Question or Issue

When I lay my phone on the wireless charger at my desk, and my PC spotify app is running, after a few seconds the PC Spotify app volume will go down to wherever the Phones media volume is set.  Its bizarre.  The PC spotify app will display the device in the "connect to device" section.  I have repeated the process several times.  

I'll remove my phone from the wireless charger.  Update the volume on the PC app back to near maximum.  Replace the phone on the charger with its media volume fairly low.  Once the PC app shows my phone in the "connect to device" section, the volume on the PC updates to the lower volume that matches my phones media volume.

Can confirm, it happened to me as well a couple of times. Always with phone on the charger.
