Playable greyed out songs

Playable greyed out songs

Ok i have been using premium for a while now. I have added a few songs to my playlist 10 songs. I checked the downloaded switch. All the songs are downloaded,i can play all of them but one song is just greyed out (i can play it too) . I tried reinstalling spotify but it still happens. I know this iznt a big matter but anyone knows how to solve this ?

Hey @eugeneang654871,

That's weird, have you synced songs that you have downloaded to your phone to show up on Spotify? Generally when a song is greyed out it indicates the song isn't available for you to play. Can you also let me know if you're on the latest spotify version, what device you're using and what version OS your device is running?

If you need anything else, please let me know!

Best,

Jordan

I also have the same problem but with more Songs...

Windows 10 1710

Spotify 1.0.67.582.g19436fa3 (not the Store Version)

Reinstallation tested.

Rebooted PC, started Spotify offline and Song is playable. Also the Playlist is marked with the green Download Button.

I just joined Premium and everything was going along great.  Now I have two playlists with greyed out songs.  I tried logging out of all devices, deleting adding app but no deal.

This is really frustrating because I teach fitness classes and playlists are uber important.  The weird thing is, I was able to add a song back that was one of them and it plays.
