Playback keeps pausing randomly and frequently on PC and Android

My Question or Issue

I recently signed up for premium family and my audio keep pausing randomly after playing a few seconds of the song, intermittently and frequently.   

On my phone and PC I have tried:

signing out from all devices

Clean reinstall on phone: tried clearing cache and data on my phone and reinstalling. 

Clean reinstall as per the instructions on my PC and checking the local data app folders and there was no spotify folder to delete

In my account settings
I tried turning off hardware acceleration

decreasing playback quality to Normal and low.

My husband who is on the family account is having no issues with his play back on PC or android

No unauthorized access is occurring. I'm not sure why it keeps pausing.

Can you let us know if this started happening after you've updated to premium and whether you can play music without interruption using the Web player?

This will help us narrow down why this is happening.

We'd also recommend running through the steps in this article once more. It's also a good move to change the password on your email address.
