Player skips songs after 1 second. Podcasts only thing to play.

My Question or Issue

Web player works, other PC works, phone works. I have done ALL of the following:

- uninstalled using windows, then reinstalled

- uninstalled using Revo and deleted all leftover files, reinstalled

- disable sound drivers, uninstalled sound drivers, reinstalled

- turned off hardware accelleration

- ipconfig release renew

- scanned hard drive

- tried usb headphones

- reinstalled audio drivers

- cleared all spotify cache files

- nearly threw the pc out the window

Having the same problem. I tried several things (like reinstalling, deleting everything) but it still won't work. The webplayer and other devices are working fine. 

OS: Win 10, Premium, Country: Germany
