Playlist Shuffles Previous Songs

My Question or Issue

 When I begin playing my playlist in shuffle mode, say Back in Black came as the first song when i go forward once to the next song then backwards once, the song is switched from Back in Black to a completely random song, Is this an issue or a meant to be feature, If its a meant to be feature how can I disable this?

Could you send me your Spotify version number? Also, does this happen with any playlists you listen to, or a specific one?

In the meantime, try reinstalling Spotify to see if it helps.

Hi thanks for the reply, I've sent my version number as a private message, and It happened on every playlist I've tried so far

Also tried reinstalling, doesnt work

That's odd.

I've tested this on my end and it's working as usual. Do you add other songs to the queue when this happens?

Also, try turning off Hardware Acceleration under View to see if it helps.

If all else fails, do you have a different desktop/laptop you could use to see if it behaves the same?
