Playlist link, song's order and different lenght

Hi everybody,

I share my playlists, all of them are done by spotify, with my girlfriend, but, as we share the same link, they are not the same, there's always a difference in the song's order (major problem), number, duration or song's choice. How's that possible ? She has a premium account herself, she listen through pc, mobile, tv, but the playlists are never the same as me.

Please help me.
