Playlists are cleared and no songs are playing.

Hey guys, looking for help with troubleshooting. All playlists for me(my own, and all others) are cleared, there are no songs on them. Not only that, but if I try to play any song, it won't play them, even the ones I have downloaded offline. 

So far I have deleted and reinstalled Spotify, and tried the version from the Windows Store. I have of course re-logged, checked and made sure I have space on my drive(over 300gb still left), I closed all other programs running, and even checked for registry issues. And of course, I restarted my PC. 

Some information about my account/PC:

I am a Premium user.

I have Windows 10.

I am in the US. 

I have a wired PC connection that is at a solid 63/63 MBPS.

I have attached two pictures, one is what every playlist looks like when I open it, and the other is what happens when I try to play a song.
