Playlists take FOREVER to load!

I'm on Windows 10 Professional, and when I try to add a new song to one of my playlists using the Spotify Desktop Application almost NONE of my playlists show when i click the ... then "Add to Playlist". Only the first couple of Playlists (in alphabetical order) are available for me to add the song to. The rest are non-existent.

I wait a few minutes and more playlists are available to add the song to.

Just remember -- my playlists are working just fine. It's when I try to add a song to one of my playlists using the Spotify Desktop App for Windows that the playlists don't show! They slowly load as time goes on. Anyone else having this issue?
