Playlists won't play through, song cuts out in middle and moves to new tract

My Question or Issue

 I can't get through even the first track in a playlist - after about 2/3 of the song plays the track ends and a new song that isn't in the playlist will start. Have tried both with crossfade turned off and on with 0 seconds, but since it is jumping to a track that I've never heard before, and usually don't like, and certainly isn't in my playlist, that is not the issue.

Were there any changes made on your system lately ?

The reason i'm asking is that changes made on a system can sometimes affect you drivers from working properly.

Please be advised to check\update\remove and reinstall your audio drivers as this might solve the issue you're having.
