My Question or Issue

Why isn't "Impaulsive - Logan Paul" podcast playing? It plays nothing but ads for minutes and then nothing. I've tried logging in and out and refreshing the page but still nothing but yet it works fine on my phone.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this.

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one. Make sure to download the app again from the Microsoft Store. 

In case the issue persists, we recommend trying with a different network, for example creating a hot spot on your phone and using that.
