Pornographic Podcast Episode/Song Art

I was searching for a song whose first two letters are "Se" and, upon putting in only these letters, the featured recommendation fed to me by the autosearch is here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/3xGk63rkzqVIa95kOqN7pQ?si=fe1f5726b5f34c7e and, it appears, that a number of songs/episodes featuring equally graphic art are recommended after it.
I'm not in a position where I would like to be seeing album/episode art that is so graphically pornographic and I would love a way to filter/remove this art, at least on my end. If there is no such feature, I fear that alarm bells should be ringing at Spotify's legal dept. as this was shockingly easy for me to stumble upon and the risk of them exposing a minor to this content is huge.
