Premium account on my phone switches to Free on my laptop

Premium account on my phone switches to Free on my laptop

I have Premium account on my iphone, when I log in to Spotify app on my laptop (Windows), it is shown as Spotify Free. There is also no syncronization between two devices. I can't reach to my songs and playlists online or offline. Is there any way to solve these issues?

Hey @11151742926!

 

It sounds like you might have 2 different accounts. This can sometimes happen if you accidentally create an account via Facebook. 

 

Don't worry, it's easy to sort. Just log out of Spotify on your Window's device and log back in with the same username you're using on your Premium account.

Hi,

now the problem is even worse because I lost my premium account on my
mobile too 🙂 I logged off from my mobile and logged in with my email
adresse and password, but it shows a free account. Then I logged off and
logged in with Facebook account on my mobile, it's again Free account. My
premium account belongs to sevalpeker@gmail.com adress, I don't know how we
can solve this problem without losing my song lists.
