My Question or Issue

Hi, I have a logitech keyboard that has "Play" "Stop" "Next" "Back" buttons, for a few days they don't work if spotify is in the background, but they only work if I'm inside the application. On other apps if in the background (like youtube on chrome) the keys work. I have seen in all possible settings, I need help xD

First thing you can try here is running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your PC. This will make sure you get the latest app version with all necessary updates. 

Another thing you can try is checking if you experience the same after cleaning up your hosts file from entries that need to be deleted. Follow the steps described here on how to do that.
