Problem with the aplication

Hello, since last week Spotify does not work for me, I have reinstalled it 5 times but when I put a song it stops me at 5 seconds and it gives me error of iqe the song can not be played, but it happens to me with all the songs, I have Windows 10. Does anyone know why?

Please uninstall Spotify, get a Registry Cleaner app to scan your computer for fixing issues related to bad installation.

In addition, make sure to check your system is fully updated including your audio drivers.

Then, reinstall Spotify and let me know how it goes.

The problem is with my account because I created other account 2 months ago and I prove with this account and I can play my music but with the other account I can't, only in my phone
