Problema con Spotify y tarjeta de sonido

Hola,

Os hago una captura de pantala con el error que tengo. No me permite reproducir nada desde mi ordenador.

He descargado el programa de nuevo, lo he instalado, y nada.

Por favor, solucionarlo cuanto antes ya que lo necesito.

Try a clean reinstall

1: Start > Control Panel > Programs / Uninstall a Program > Spotify

THEN

2:  Find your AppData folder and delete all Spotify data.

To do that, click on start, and then run. Type: %appdata% and hit enter OR try typing it in the search

If you still can't find it, this is the location: C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData
You probably see several folders; enter each and see if they contain a folder called Spotify. Delete the entire Spotify folder.

3: Restart your computer at this point.

4: Then reinstall Spotify (download)
