A few hours ago I tried to play an artist, which was impossible, I thought that uninstalling and reinstalling the problem would be solved, but it turned out worse, all my playlists that were on the PC were erased, and I still can not listen to music on my PC , everything is on the phone, but in the application of my PC, what can I do?

This a known bug with the desktop app and Spotify is investigating the issue. There is a workaround which seems to be working for some users. Can you try the following steps:
