My Issue

Im using the software on my pc and I get instant random crashes at least once a week, usually when I have queue so it deletes it, that's upsetting. Another issue is the more you put songs to your queue the slower the software gets. I bet it has a memory problem or something like that. Not a pro just an unhappy customer. Thanks!

Hope you are doing great!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here. About the slow down issue, please try disabling Hardware Acceleration and if you don't use Local Files try disabling them in Settings.

To find Hardware Acceleration just go to the Menu Bar of Spotify and it should be right inside the View tab.
