When playing an artist radio, after hiding a song, eventually Spotify plays the hidden song again. For example, I have a Skrillex artist radio station, and I keep hiding "Nuclear Bass Face". But it still plays in the radiio, even after Spotify says "Got it. We won't play that song again in this station."

The way the Hide this song feature works is that it removes the song from the current playlist on that device. With radios, each time you start one, it's content get generated anew, so it counts as a new playlist. That's why when you hide a song in a radio, based on song X, the next time you start an X-based radio, it's possible that the song appears again.
If you'd like the option to block a certain track account-wide across all devices, we'd recommend you take a look in our Idea Exchange and see if someone has already submitted an idea for this feature to be added and if not post your own. That's a great way for us to see what our users are interested in and how many people like a certain idea.
