Radio stations on desktop and iPhone not synced

This is kind of hard to explain.  I have a radio station of an artist which I play on both my iPhone and my laptop (Windows).  I just found out though that these stations are separate on each device, running parallel to each other.  i.e. a song that is liked on one radio may not be liked on the other.  

I was messing around with both simultaneously and clicked "Listen on (Laptop)" on my phone.  Now the station on my laptop has the same queue of songs as my phone but all the likes are gone.  Any way to put it back the way it was?  I tried logging out and logging back in, nada.
