Re-Installed Spotify on Win7 PC - cannot listen choppy playback

My Question or Issue

Whenever I play a song, it plays for about 7 seconds, then it starts jumping back and forth between its current time and about 30 seconds forward making playback horrible, choppy, and completely un-listenable.

I storngly suggest the following :

- Uninstall Spotify

- Get a Registry Cleaner app to scan you PC for issues to fix

- Run Win update to make sure your system is fully updated

- Check that your audio drivers are up to date

- Reinstall spotify
