Re-downloading problem

Hi, 

Hope someone can help me with this....

I had spotify on my windows 7 PC but I had a dodgy update and nothing would work, so I uninstalled it to start again. Only thing is, every time I try to redownoad it comes up with a message saying it cannot be started (error code 17)

How can I get round this?

What happens if you download the full installer package from this link?

Also do you have any anti-virus software which might be interfering with the installer?

It still comes up with error code 17. I've uninstalled the antivirus I was using as well and still no go I'm afraid 😞
