My Question or Issue

Through the last two updates, the "See All" option has disappeared from the Recently Played section. It's only on my PC and still shows on my iPhone.

Hi @Addasleeptimer

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this.

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one. Make sure to download the app again from the Microsoft Store

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind trying on a different PC to check if the issue persists there?

Keep us posted.

Uninstall and reinstall didn’t work. It still only shows the last five things played and there’s no “see all” option. It’s also not syncing with my “recently played” list in my phone.

Hey @Addasleeptimer

Thanks for getting back in touch.

Just to confirm, did you follow the exact steps in the link we sent previously? This process is different from the usual one.

Additionally, could you let us know if you've checked on a different PC if the same happens?

Lastly, we suggest that you log out and then log back in twice and check if after that you can see the "See All" option. We know this sounds odd, but it's how the app forces a cache refresh.

Keep us in the loop.

I did follow the steps exactly and just logged in and out twice and that
didn't help. I don't have another laptop to test. I have always logged in
through Facebook. Would that make a difference? If so, how do I cancel that
and make a log-in and keep my playlists?

Hey @Addasleeptimer,

Thanks for getting back to us and keeping us in the loop.

The way you log in to the app shouldn't make a difference when it comes to how your Recently Played section works. We would like however to test whether the cause of this could indeed be account related. To that end - could you ask a friend or family member to log in to their account on your laptop and check if everything works as expected there.

We'd also appreciate it if you include in your response a screenshot of how this section looks like on your iPhone. That way we can get to the bottom of this quicker.

Keep us posted. We'd love to investigate this further.

Hi there @Addasleeptimer,

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately we can't see any screenshots. Can you try to re-send them?

On another note, can you let us know if you saw any difference when you logged in with a different account on the device?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Cheers!

Hey @Addasleeptimer,

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, the image didn't get uploaded.

On another note, what happens when you scroll on the PC while your cursor is hovering over the Recently played section?

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
