My Question or Issue

On both the windows store app and installing seperately my recently played is not changing and hasnt changed for a while, I have reinstalled both versions without success, i have also checked the drivers folder for any pre existing files again with no success. My recently played changes on my iPhone and i am able to do all other functions on spotify pc but my recently played has not changed in a while
