Removed all offline devices but still have access

I recently removed all my devices and changed my password on my spotify account, but I have still been able to access my account without logging again on both my desktop app and phone. 

I thought changing your password and removing all the approved devices would force you to login again? 

EDIT: When logging off the desktop app, I needed the new password to login. Not to be confused with exiting the app. I even restarted my computer and it still logged in without my new password.

Even now I can still use my phone without interuption without using the new password.

You did remove all of your offline devices here ( https://www.spotify.com/us/account/offline-devices/ ) it's ok. Did you click "sign out everywhere"? ( https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/ ) go bottom you'll see.
