Saved songs deleted

all my saved songs got deleted. i don't know why.

We'd recommend making sure you're logging into the correct account. Here you can check if you have a second account. 

Also, you're sure you're on the right account. Let us know if you're able to see all your playlists. It's not ideal, but the exact steps here should help out: https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/.
