Search for Song shows Artists and Albums with the search phrase

My Question or Issue

In the Windows 10 App, if I search for a Song, it shows Artists and Albums with the search phrase and the Song titles for these results don't have the search phrase in it. If I am searching for a Song, I dont want results for artists and albums with those words in it, I am searching for a song. If I want the Artists and Albums I will search for artists and albums.

If this is by design then it is just stupid. Please fix this.

Thanks for reaching out to the community.

As this may seem like a simple solution it might do the trick.

I'd recommand following the steps on this help guide on how to reinstall Spotify properly.

After uninstalling, download a new copy of the program online as it gurentess you have the latest version of Spotify and might solve this issue.

Note: Any offline playlists will need to be redownloaded after reinstalling (!)
