My Question or Issue
Hi there. My spotify does not work as it should. Initially it worked fine but I could not play only the tracks of new album, so I tried to reinstall it and after that it did not work anymore. Now i can not play any songs and my playlists are completely empty. I followed the guidelines(clean reinstall, no update and my connection is ok) to try to solve but nothing works. Spotify web has the same problem. But it works correctly on my smartphone and if I change device (another computer) it works well with my account. I think it's a problem of my computer but I don't understand how to solve it. I hope you can help me, I miss listening to music. Thanks a lot.

This a known bug with the desktop app and Spotify is investigating the issue. There is a workaround which seems to be working for some users. Can you try the following steps:
