My Question or Issue

 Hello, 

This has been a frustrating issue for months now, and I'm finally getting enough time to look into it. There is an option to turn this feature off, and it will work until after I restart the program. Then I will have to turn it on and off again to disable it. I really hate spotify more and more each month when I shouldn't. Literally don't want a massive banner showing up covering my work when I have it set to disabled!!

Also, fullscreen application on desktop windows 10 has a white bar at the top, which is pointless and completely ruins the symmetry with the program. Which you can accidentally close if you go to the top part of the white which has all three of the windows options, minimize, maximize, close
