Shuffle takes 3 seconds to turn on

When you press CMD + S on Mac to toggle shuffle it takes upwards of 3 seconds to toggle.

Why has this change been implemented?

So we can investigate this situation further, it'd be great if we could gather some details:

• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far, such as a clean reinstall or logging out > logging in for example?
• Does the issue only happen on your Mac or on any other PC?
• Have you tried with a different Spotify account (a friend's or a relative's) on the Mac to see if that makes any difference?
• Does the delay only happen when using the keyboard shortcut or even when clicking within the app?
