Skipping to unwanted songs

My Question or Issue

All of a sudden, whenever I try to play a song, it changes to an unwanted song within seconds. At first it was the same song, after a while it varies - but all of them are by "latino" artists I've never heard about or played before.

I've tried logging out, and also force closed the iphone app. When I reopen them, it just continues, and my play queue is full of other latino artists (which I've never heard of and have no interest of hearing). I also have a radio with Spotify Connect, and in the end I had to unplug the power to stop it from repeatedly starting playback of those unwanted songs. 

This is starting to freak me out. Anyone got a clue what might be wrong?
