Slow DSL - will downloaded playlist solve streaming drop-outs?

Slow DSL - will downloaded playlist solve streaming drop-outs?

My DSL is so slow that playing music via streaming causes drop-outs in the audio.

I've got a Premium account, using Windows 10, and 1.0.53.758.gde3fc4b2

If I download a playlist but am still connected to the internet, will I get better playback?  That is, will I play from the downloaded playlist even though my slow internet connection is up.

Thanks....

Hey!

Technically I don't see why it wouldn't work. Downloading the playlist would mean good quality playback on both offline and online.

Downloading may of course take some time due to the connection speed. Of course, to download you'll have to be online.

Give it a test and see how it goes (tell me too)!

Once the playlist was downloaded, I set my Windows Spotify to "offline" mode, and that worked fine.
