Some songs play on phone but not desktop

I have noticed that some albums won't play on my computer. For example, I can get most Radiohead albums to play but if I try to play anything from Kid A it says "this song is not available." I can stream it on my phone just fine, but if I select my pc as a device to stream it through on my phone, that doesn't work either. I have searched for this problem but haven't found anything helpful.

Okay correction, I can play one song from the album called "untitled" which is really just a part of Motion Picture Soundtrack that is separate in spotify for some reason.
