Songbar greyed out ! Can't play songs

 I'm having a wierd issue. I can play songs in my playlist but if i search for a new song. The song bar is greyed out but I can see the timer of the song???? I have attached an image. I have tried re-installing but I still can't play any searched songs!

System: Windows 10, latest spotify, preminum
