Songs Take Ages to Load and Buffers Everytime

I've been a spotify user for a very long time however as of recently, songs I've tried playing on spotify have taken a long time to load along with the icon of the song (It will usually show no image until everything is loaded) . Previously, the song would play instantly the moment I click on it however now, it's just taking too long to load any song up. It's definitely not my internet issue as chrome along with several different websites load up pretty fast. I don't want my subscription to go to waste to please help me out here.

Side note: Everything works fine on my phone. I've tried reinstalling and disabling hardware acceleration.
