Songs Won't Show Up in Desktop Playlist

Hello,

So I reinstalled the Spotify Windows Desktop app today, and when I logged in, all of the songs I had saved in all of my playlists are gone. I checked the iOS app, and as far as I can tell, they're all there, but all completely gone on desktop. I have over 6,000 songs in total that I've collected over the years and I'm terrified I'm going to lose them all, someone please help. I've tried relogging in and uninstalling/reinstalling the desktop app but with the same result.

This desktop client issue is reported by some other users as well, there is a solution suggested by another user here. Can you give it a try and let me know if it works?
