Songs Wont Play They Just Skip

When ever I try to play a song on Spotify, it wont play anything and it just skips. It doesnt show up in my audio mixer for windows, and I just recently uninstalled Voicemeeter, but I really dont want to reinstall it.

Also, it just says "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." But I have the playlist downloade on Spotify.

I would suggest reinstalling Spotify. Here's how to do a clean reinstall:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.

2. Go to %AppData% in Windows Explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming.

3. Restart your computer.

4. Now reinstall Spotify.

Looks like some Voicemeeter related settings were left in the computer and Spotify follows them. It might be useful to go and check if your primary audio device is set to be a default audio device:

1. Find the speaker icon in Taskbar and right-click on it

2. Select 'Playback devices' in the menu

3. Make sure the audio device you're using is set to be Default. If it's not, click on the device icon to select it and click on the 'Set Default' button.
