Songs added to my main playlist no longer show proplerly in the playlist.

I have maintained a playlist of songs i like for the past 7 years or so. Recently i have been adding songs but they do not show in the playlist properly. If i click on the Playlist tab and then on the playlist, the same older version of the playlist keeps popping up. I can only access the most recent version through the Recently listened tab on my Android phone. The web player only allows me to access the older version even though i add songs through the web player, they dont show up. The weird thing is that they do show up on my phone through the Recently played tab. Has anyone else had this problem? I have combed through previous queries and the main solution i kept seeing was turning off a dimmer app, but the problems presented in those were slightly different than mine. I dont want to lose my playlist that i have spend countless hours curating and listening to, please help!
