Songs and playlists being unable to download

Used to be able to download songs on Windows laptop when I got it but it didn't update and download new songs I added to my playlist. I deleted the app and reinstalled, deleted all downloads but it just shows a loading circle that doesn't show progress when I try downloading playlists.

Thanks for reaching out. Seems like the cache might have gotten corrupted and that's why the downloads are stuck. Consider performing a clean reinstall, that should help clear this.
