Songs cutting in and out briefly; HP PC; Premium; Both webpage & app

Even if I download the playlist it still cuts in and out. Cannot play one song through because it cuts in and out every 2-3 seconds. Not an internet issue, the connection is good and restarted the computer. Cleared data. Have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing is working

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Fist we'd like to make sure that you've followed all the steps described here when reinstalling the app. Also make sure to clear the cache and the cookies of your web browser. Does the issue persist afterwards?

 

If so, updating or reinstalling the sound drivers of your PC may help further isolate the issue.

 

Restarting the router would also exclude most of the possible network related issues. Even though you mentioned the connection is stable, could you give another connection a go, just to make sure, as there are other factors that can cause trouble at play as well?
