Songs i listen to are being added to a playlist i don't want them in

Also, songs that are already in the playlist  are being deleted and re-added when i listen to the playlist on shuffle.

 All of the songs in the screenshot were added 8 days ago when i first made the playlist.
And i can't get a screenshot of songs from another playlist being added to this one because i removed them already.

Could you let us know if it happens with all your playlists? We'd recommend logging out everywhere for security. You can do it by following the steps at https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/.
