Songs keep pausing after 30 seconds

Hello Comunity,

Whenever i play a song on spotify they keep pausing after 30 seconds,

i tried reinstalling it on my computer and on my phone but it doesent work, i also tried logging out on every device but that also did nothing.

my PC has the newest version of spotify and windows 10

my phone (samsung s20+) has also been updated to its latest versions.

i hope someone has the answer to my problem.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

If possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their personal account using one of your devices to see if they can replicate this behavior?

It would also be helpful to know the exact Spotify version running on both devices, along with the OS version of your phone.

Thank you for keeping us in the loop. 

Since the issue keeps happening with a different account, could you try switching to a different internet/mobile network to test again? 

Also, please don't forget to send us the info requested by @Novy, this will help us look into this better.
