Songs skipping on Desktop app and Web player

My Question or Issue

Songs are skipping within 1 second on both my desktop app and web player through chrome. Desktop app is also showing "spotify cant play this right now. if you have the file on your computer you can import it." error when trying to play the same song which was skipped the second time. I have tried deleting the local files data for the app and checking for update on the sound driver but cant find any more latest drivers. 
Can someone help me with this?
