My Question or Issue

I've been a premium user for at least 2 years now and only recently did I start to get some issues on my notebook. I use Spotify on my desktop and also on my smartphone without any issues.

But recently I got issues with my notebook. No matter which song I try to play, it will stop after 6-10 seconds and then displays that the current song couldn't be played.

What I've tried

• Uninstalled and/or cleared the cache from either version (Windows Store / Spotify Homepage).
• Turned off hardware acceleration.
• Changed the streaming quality.

It's just really strange because it works fine on my desktop and on my phone aswell.
