My Question or Issue

so i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app , i have tuirned off hardware acceleration, also deleted local-files.bnk and none of it worked but it playes just fine through the web player and any other device i have. Now how can i solve the issue of (Soptify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it) it just keeps going down the playlist and grabs all song info but will not play it and just keeps moving down till thew error comes up
