Specific or certain song(s) NOT showing up in "On Repeat" playlist

My Question or Issue

Now I want to preface this that I am aware that Spotify stops recording data for your Yearly Wrapped around October or in general the fall season. However, I have been noticing for the past few years that there is one song I have been listening to in general and it NEVER shows up on my "On Repeat" or Yearly Wrapped. That song is "Last Christmas" - by Wham! This is so odd, but yes I usually listen to this song so much in the summer for some reason and I will noticed that on Desktop (I use windows) that this song will show up on my profile under my "Top Tracks of the Month" for a few months. But it will NEVER show up on my "On Repeat" or Yearly Wrapped when I know for a fact I have listened to that song more than some other songs that may appear on the lower end of my yearly wrapped or "On Repeat" playlist of the week. 

Has anyone else ever noticed this with this specific song or any other songs they know they listen to on loop but for some reason even after the weekly update for "On Repeat" it never shows up on the playlist itself? Like many other people, I usually listen to a handful of songs at a time on loop or one specific song on loop for days. So I am just confused as to why this song is on my profile right now where it is only visible to me that it is my number 1 top track of the month but is NOWHERE to be found in my "On Repeat" and probably for some odd reason won't be on my Yearly wrapped.

Is this a bug in spotify's system? Are Christmas songs just never recorded even if played outside of Christmas season? It's August and I still have time to adjust my yearly wrapped but why is this song not going to show up on any playlist if I have been listening to it so much for so long this entire year??
