My Question or Issue

 Hi,

I'm running the desktop version of Spotify and I'm logged in to my Spotify Premium for Family account, but I get this little annoying box in the lower right hand corner of my Windows 10 computer (see attachment). I pay not to receive such annoyances and I very often find that it is getting in the way of other things. Anyone knows how to remove this?

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try reinstalling the app following these steps? If that doesn't work, could you send me timestamps of when this happens, so that I can take a look?

If you're still having trouble, try using another internet connection, and do a quick log out/in to see if that makes a difference.
