Spotify App on Windows 10 (64-bit) Does Not Allow Login

I put my computer at my job in sleep mode and came back to find that Spotify would not go out of offline mode no matter what I did. The only solution I could find is to reinstall the app; however, upon reinstallation, the app will not allow me to login. After typing in the username and password, it simply grays out like it's loading but stays that way. There is no indication as to whether the login credentials were correct or not. I even tried using an incorrect password and/or username, but the app doesn't even give an incorrect password prompt. I updated my password but this made no difference. Reinstallation (again) only yields the same result. Running the program as administrator makes no difference as well. This shouldn't even be an issue as I pay for the premium account and I shouldn't be having to ask this, but is there anything else I can try that I haven't listed here?

Recap of what I've done to resolve this:
Resintalled app (twice)

Updated password

Ran app in administrative mode

Rebooted PC (twice at this point)

Checked internet connection (32 MBPS, more than enough)

None of these have resolved my issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
