Spotify Can't Play this right now if you have the file you can import it

I have so far done all troubleshooting found online from reinstalling spotify, restarting and deleting the local-files.bnk and disabling hardware acceleration but none of them have worked and I am still getting the same issue any help would be appreciated.

Could you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual one.

It's also a good idea to check if the issue occurs while using the web player. Does the issue persist when you try with another network?

So I did find a solution and it was to install spotify through the windows store over the spotify installer no clue why this worked but it did
