My Question or Issue

Spotify Desktop constantly goes offline (no internet connection detected, error code 4) AND problem displaying pages, especially for pages such as Browse and Podcast. Checked firewall (Windows, don't have another firewall application), no problem there. Went through config files didn't find anything out of place. App is just incredibly inconsistent with connection detection / page loading.
