Spotify PC can't play or show songs that are not saved

If I try and go to any playlist that has music I don't have saved, it won't show up. Even if I go to an album that I want to save to my library, it'll allow me to press the button to save the whole album, but it won't show up in my library, and none of the songs listed will show me that they saved (heart icons aren't filled). Yes, I have tried reinstalling, logging in and out, and all that, but nothing's working and it's frustrating me. Any help would be appreciated.

There's an Ongoing Issue similar to what you're going through, so it might help if you check this out:
